How to order

Request a "Custom Order Form" via email.  I will email back this form as an attachment.  You will  detail all
personal information, style, deadline, price, any thing we have discussed verbally on phone will be put in
writing.  This "Contract", will be sent back to me with a non-refundable down payment.   I will include a "how
to measure" chart for accurate measurements.  

In making a custom order I use the measurements that you give me.  I put these on my adjustable
mannequins, I have mannequins from child/youth size all the way up to Plus size 18-22.  

It is necessary for any one ordering long distance, that with out a personal fitting, you need to recognize
that  every one's body is different, and won't match the mannequin perfectly. I do my best and am usually
very close, but you may have to have it tailored or fitted at your location for that perfect fit and at your
expense.

Even though I have high expectations of myself and I strive to make items of excellence I need to remind
you that I am legally blind and nothing is ever perfect.

Plan your garment in plenty of time, I normally require 6-8 weeks prior notice.  I sew according to who is
next in line on my to do list that have funds sent in.

All custom orders require 1/2 down (non-refundable) deposit. The remaining balance is due prior to
shipping.  I do not offer refunds for custom orders.  Your satisfaction is a major concern and I want you to
be 100% satisfied.
